If you're worried that you are out of shape, not as healthy as you'd like and not fit enough to get the most out of your life then here's good news.
Forget boring gym workouts, Gravity Training has arrived at InShape Studio.
Using one piece of equipment (Total Gym) you can target your core and enjoy a great full body cardio and strength workout in only 30 minutes. You use your own body weight as resistance and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Your trainer takes you and your group through a series of exercises designed to burn fat, build strength and improve your cardio fitness.
Try Gravity Group Strength – it’s a small group workout (maximum 4 people). Cardio + strength + power, combine to get you great results in a short time. Each week you add new routines to keep it fun and challenge your fitness
Try Gravity Group Circuit - this is our larger group circuit (maximum 8 people) designed for all fitness levels. The trainer takes you through a workout using the Total Gym, medicine balls, weights and Bosu designed to push your fitness to new limits
On the Gravity Launch Open Day you can try out these classes for FREE. You can book ahead by ringing 09 428 2251 or emailing helen@inshapestudio.co.nz. Also on the day you can take part in our fitness challenge with lots of prizes up for grabs. You can also try our Pilates and our Thump Boxing sessions. Timetables will be on our website shortly.
